Gli articoli o saggi proposti devono essere inviati alla Redazione e redatti secondo le seguenti indicazioni:

• devono essere originali, ovvero devono contenere almeno un contributo originale.. L'originalità può riguardare sia i contenuti sia l'impostazione;
• devono essere inediti;
• devono avere preferibilmente più il taglio del saggio che dell'articolo. La lunghezza ammessa varia fra 10000 e 60000 caratteri spazi compresi. Per lavori più lunghi si può valutare di volta in volta la possibilità di dividerli in più puntate;
• devono essere ampiamente documentati: solido apparato delle note, citazioni, ecc.;
• idee e risultati altrui possono essere riferiti con proprie parole, ma devono essere indicati in nota i riferimenti agli autori (libro, articolo, relazione congressuale, ecc.);
• le citazioni di brani tratti da altri scritti devono terminare con il riferimento in nota a piè di pagina della fonte compiutamente specificata;
• devono essere redatti secondo il template reso disponibile dalla Redazione della rivista e secondo le regole redazionali fornite;
• lo stile deve essere "divulgativo interdisciplinare". Non sono ammessi termini "tecnici" senza renderli il più possibile comprensibili ai non addetti ai lavori;
• gli articoli e saggi pubblicati non sono retribuiti.

Gli articoli pervenuti vengono posti all'attenzione del Direttore responsabile della Rivista e del Comitato di Redazione che, in base ai contenuti, sceglieranno un referee (uno soltanto) cui sottoporre il giudizio sulla pubblicabilità. Se il referee darà giudizio negativo, l'articolo verrà sottoposto all'esame da parte di un secondo referee. Nel caso di giudizio positivo, il referee ha la facoltà di suggerire all'autore dell'articolo eventuali modifiche o approfondimenti. Il giudizio del referee deve essere esaurientemente motivato ed è insindacabile. Il Direttore responsabile si riserva il diritto di proporre all'autore eventuali piccole correzioni di carattere editoriale o linguistico (struttura dell'articolo, titolo dell'articolo, titoli dei paragrafi, ecc.) e/o l'inserimento di ulteriori immagini attinenti alle tematiche dell'articolo, onde assicurare una certa omogeneità formale di tutti gli articoli della Rivista. Come di regola, il nome del referee è tenuto segreto. Il nome dell'autore dell'articolo, invece, è in chiaro.

The Director in charge reserves the right to propose to the author any minor editorial or linguistic corrections (structure of the article, title of the article, titles of the paragraphs, etc.) and / or the insertion of further images relating to the issues of the article, in order to ensure a certain formal homogeneity of all the articles of the Magazine. Il plagio è l'uso di idee o parole pubblicate o inedite (o altre proprietà intellettuali) senza attribuzione o permesso, presentandole come nuove e originali anziché derivate da una fonte esistente. L'intento e l'effetto del plagio è di indurre in errore il lettore per quanto riguarda i contributi del plagiatore. Il plagio è una cattiva condotta scientifica e deve essere impedito.

Gli autori possono aderire ai seguenti passaggi per segnalare il plagio:

1. Informare l'editore del giornale in cui è pubblicato un articolo plagiato.
2. Inviare articoli originali e plagiati con parte plagiata evidenziata.
3. Se la prova del plagio è convincente, l'editore dovrebbe organizzare un incontro disciplinare.
4. Il redattore della rivista in cui compare l'articolo plagiato deve comunicare con l'editore della rivista contenente l'articolo originale per rettificare la questione.
5. Il plagiatore deve essere invitato a fornire una spiegazione.
6. In caso di mancata risposta nel tempo previsto o di una spiegazione insoddisfacente, l'articolo dovrebbe essere ritirato definitivamente.
7. L'autore dovrebbe essere inserito in una black list.

La Redazione della Rivista deve verificare che gli articoli pubblicati siano esenti da plagio utilizzando qualunque strumento manuale o automatico motore di ricerca Google, programma iThenticate, programma Turnitin) di ricerca del plagio.
